The Client:

Abbott Diabetes Care, European headquarters based on the outskirts of Frankfurt, Germany. A leader in innovative technology for diabetes management with Freestyle Libre, utilising wearable tech to monitor blood glucose levels instead of the patient needing to prick their finger for blood numerous times each day.

The Challenge:

Lead the regional marketing managers and their teams in 6 countries to produce an over-arching EMEA marketing strategy.

Form a crisis management project team to address EMEA operational challenges.

The Output:

Ran cross-functional workshops, including external stakeholders to identify common challenges and opportunities as well as country specific successes to date. Produced a marketing strategy using a collaborative process that ensured buy-in across the region and coached team members to take leadership of individual projects.
